Keep a Journal for Deeper Reflection.
Once per week (or more often if you like), write about your experience with these prompts:
How has your relationship with stillness or silence changed?
What energetic sensations have you noticed (if any)?
Are there emotional or mental patterns you are becoming more aware of?
How is your Reiki practice influencing your daily life?

Your reflection does not need to be formal. Speak honestly about your journey, your challenges, and any moments of insight, peace, or transformation you observed.
