Use this simple practice to identify what you need to release or “brush away” with your new dry-bathing skills.

“Close your eyes, feet on the floor, hands on your lap. Breathe down through every cell of your body and think about the people and events in your life recently and over the past months. Review the past years and its many events with your mind’s eye. Does anyone come to the forefront of your memory? What past event stands out to you? Does any spot in your body feel activated when you think of a specific person or situation? If so, this is a clear sign you are “carrying” someone or something in your energy body.
Once you are aware of what is trapped, and the spot where it “lives” inside of you, you can let it go using the dry-bathing technique by consciously brushing it away. Awareness of what is stuck in us is often the most important step in starting to release it.
